We are a dynamic Indian startup that was founded in Hyderabad in 2019 and has exponentially grown since its inception.Our central location between the Western and Eastern hemispheres have allowed us to work with global customers. Open Position(s)

BDR & Customer Success

The ideal candidate has knowledge of the software industry, business education (or related experience) and a desire to increase their sales skills. Two to four years of sales experience is desired.

Gain Exposure To

  • Many different business application areas, such as ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, Warehouse/Distribution, etc.

  • Many prominent software vendors, such as NetSuite, Magento, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.

  • Many different ways software systems can be connected, such as REST APIs, file transfers, EDI, http, etc.

  • Go getter and have the capability of setting up the sales process and team. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads with strong attention to detail, ensuring leads receive the proper attention.

  • Qualify and manage the discovery process with new opportunities. Understand key business requirements, impact on the business and prescribe how benefits will address specific pain points.

  • Close business with net new accounts, hit quarterly quota

  • Work with company management to analyze and optimize sales processes and reporting.

  • Ability to present a high level product demo and deliver a targeted, relevant value proposition

  • Liaise with technology partners, providing sales collateral, product information and lead referrals

  • Manage forecast, activities and notes in NetSuite CRM system

Integration Engineer (Integrations Software)

The right person for this job enjoys working with clients, has a high technical aptitude on business applications, has a strong client focus, exhibits the right communication skills, and is able to consult with clients on how to use products to improve and grow their business.

We currently have an Integration Engineer (Integrations Software) position open in  Hyderabad, Telangana (India). In this position, you will be a Subject Matter Expert for one or more pre-built integration products as well as custom integrations (non-pre-built). In this position, you will develop custom integration data flows and/or perform configurations of pre-built products and support such products and/or custom integrations. This position involves a high level of client interaction via calls and online meetings, responding to emails and chats in a timely manner, participating in cross-functional product-related meetings, and other related activities.

Desired Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, business analysis, or business process consulting.

  • Experience working with external clients on system implementations or training.

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce etc.), ERP (NetSuite, etc), or eCommerce (Magento, Shopify, etc) applications is preferred.

  • Prior experience in SaaS / On-Demand applications is preferred – e.g. Celigo’s integrator.io platform, Boomi, Jitterbit, Workato.

  • Understanding and experience with application integration technologies and projects is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrated excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Customer satisfaction and problem solving skills are essential.

  • Experience in a startup and product development environment is highly desired along with experience launching a complex Enterprise Software Product.

  • Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in all situations, including in high pressure scenarios.

Project Delivery

  • Lead and participate in client meetings as you educate, train, and advise clients on how to successfully implement products. Frequent client calls are a regular part of this responsibility.

  • Delight clients by completing their implementations successfully, on-time and within budget.

  • Regularly meet with team members and the client to deliver status updates, resolve project issues and design solutions.

  • Ask thoughtful, probing questions to understand the customer’s business requirements and accurately configure the products to meet these requirements.

  • Complete thorough testing of the solution prior to handing it off to the client. Provide timely response and issue resolution during User Acceptance Testing.

  • Keep the project on target with respect to scope and timeline by recognizing scope creep and following defined processes to address or mitigate.

  • Provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as necessary.

Customer Support

  • Act as Level 2 technical support. Take ownership of customer support cases, engage with customers to understand and reproduce the issue, and work with Level 1 technical support, services engineers, and product developers to resolve the issue and respond to the customer.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Develop custom integrations between a customer’s different systems.

  • Develop custom logic to format data sets between different systems.

  • Utilize Celigo’s integrator.io platform to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Amazon, and many more.

  • Perform end-to-end testing of the solution.

  • Provide go-live support, general support and knowledge transfer to the internal project team.

  • Training customers on usage of products.

Technical Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing projects of software products at fast growth MidMarket and large companies. This is a high impact role that requires business acumen, management skills, and an appetite to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Delivery

    • Manage and deliver projects from start to finish.

      • Manage project scope: recognize scope creep, keep the project on target with respect to scope, budget, and timeline, and deliver change orders to clients as appropriate.

      • Facilitate proper knowledge transfer from sales to services to ensure the project team has the detail they need, understand requirements, etc.

      • Facilitate proper knowledge transfer to customer during transition to fine-tuning (testing) and project close. Includes ensuring proper documentation is delivered as appropriate.

      • Ensure that administrative tasks related to projects, such as project status communication to internal and external stakeholders, are done in a timely fashion

      • Provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as necessary.

    • Liaise and assist with resource scheduling and communication 

    • Act as subject matter expert on projects on topics like: supply chain management, application integration, business process automation, as appropriate

    • Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Work with customers to obtain customer testimonials, references, product reviews, etc.

    • Coordinate with third parties, on projects that have several vendors involved to ensure that NuageSync is a value add stakeholder in the project

  • Pre-Sales Support

    • Take part in pre-sales cycles on strategic deals, assisting in solution architecture and representing the Professional Services organisation to prospects.

    • Assist with the preparation of SOWs or formal quotes.

    • Partner with sales to ensure we are showing our best face to the customers we want and disqualifying organisations that are not a fit.

Desired Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines.

  • At least three (3) years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, project management, or business process consulting.

  • Experience working with external clients.

  • Experience handling a variety of different projects simultaneously; capability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Experience with Celigo, CRM/ERP applications is preferred.

  • Understanding of and experience with application integration technologies and projects is preferred.

  • Prior experience in SaaS / On-Demand applications is preferred.

  • Experience in managing teams is preferred.
